OPERATIONAL DETAILS AND TERMS
1. Legal Boundary
NGI Sourcing is not an intermediary institution or a party to the contract. All production and purchasing contracts are signed directly and mutually in writing between the client and the manufacturer/supplier company.
2. Quality and Approval Responsibility
NGI Sourcing is not a Quality Control (QC) company; the manufacturer/supplier is fully responsible for the final product quality. To approve production quality, we coordinate the delivery of samples from the manufacturer to you. Final production and shipment approval belongs entirely to the client.
3. Global Payment Principle
For a sustainable supply chain, the financial security of both the buyer and the manufacturer is essential. Our processes are based on advance-payment models that secure the manufacturer’s raw material/production, together with secure payment methods that meet international standards (CAD, L/C, etc.). Payment terms are structured transparently and directly between the client and the manufacturer, subject to the approval of both parties.
