We find the manufacturers best suited to your project’s budget and quality from our wide network and match them with you. We handle all e-mail communication with suppliers, the transfer of technical details and order negotiations entirely on behalf of your brand.
2. Process Tracking & Operational Management

From the moment your order enters the factory, we run daily checks with manufacturers to keep it on the delivery schedule. By tracking fabric supply and the overall status of production lines on your behalf — both remotely and on-site — we play an active role in keeping the process flowing smoothly.
3. Progress Reporting & Sample Coordination
Progress Reports and Sample Traffic
We regularly share professional weekly Excel reports that include the current status of your orders. On request, we also add images from the production stages to our reports. We coordinate the delivery of pre-production (PPS) and pre-shipment (SHS) samples from the manufacturer to you.
4. Design & Technical Package Development
Design and Technical Package Development
If you do not yet have a production-ready file, we take your ideas or sketches and turn them into professional technical drawings (Tech Packs). This makes your sampling process much faster and error-free. (This service is charged separately on a per-project basis.)
